A couple of weeks ago, our junior display team took part in an amazing workshop from Kook Ensemble!It was a playful and thought-provoking workshop that went beyond tricks. It gave the gymnasts a space to explore how movement can express emotion, tell stories, and leave an impact- while also looking pretty cool! This workshop offered a glimpse into Kook Ensemble’s unique process. They looked at how acrobatics can be more than just technique, and how small shifts in movement, space and interaction can open up powerful ways to communicate. The display gymnasts absolutely loved this workshop and said they all had the best time making memories with their friends!
