From Cartwheels to CPR: Our Young Leaders Do It All! Well done to all of our Young Leaders who have been busy off the gym floor too. They have just completed their First Aid training as part of our ever-growing Young Leaders Programme.They’ve been learning all about:✔️ CPR (yes, to the beat of “Stayin’ Alive” 🫀🎶)✔️ Managing choking✔️ Using defibrillators✔️ Assessing emergency situations✔️ Recovery positions (now officially added to their repertoire of gym moves 🤸‍♂️)✔️ Staying calm under pressureWe’re incredibly proud of this programme and the brilliant young people in it. It’s proving to be a huge success — giving our Young Leaders a chance to step up, gain responsibility, and build valuable life skills.
