Dear NDDGC Members
As promised, we are getting in touch with an update on gym classes.
We are very pleased to let you know that we are now able to partially reopen the Bude Satellite Club on a Wednesday only. On a Wednesday we can have the large hall which will enable us to socially distance and spread out the activities sufficiently. This is not possible in the smaller hall.
As a Club, we do not feel that the Government or British Gymnastics (BG) rules have changed sufficiently enough for us to alter the current class format, so for the next half term we will continue with the Bubbles of 6 at 20 minute intervals.
The Wednesday classes will be open to all Bude and Holsworthy gymnasts. No classes will be running in Holsworthy and we will not be inviting new members to join at the current time.
We are now looking to arrange classes for the 2nd half of the term (starting Wednesday 4th November and ending on Wednesday 16th December 2020).
To ensure the continuation of the Club there have had to be some administrative changes:
- We will be billing half termly.
- Payment for the coming half term must be made in full by Sunday 4th October 2020.
- The Membership/Consent form is now online and should also be returned by Sunday 4th October 2020. www.northdevongymnastics.org.uk
- Class fees are now £5.75. A Covid-19 Supplement of £2.50 per half term has been added to cover the cost of PPE. (Once PPE is no longer needed this charge will be removed.)
All payments and Consent Forms must returned by 4th October so that groups can be arranged and Members contacted with their start times. (In the situation where classes are oversubscribed, places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.)
We are sorry but no late payments will be accepted and the next available start time for classes will be in January.

2020/2021 British Gymnastics Membership should also be renewed for all gymnasts.
Payment should be made by Bank Transfer to:
HSBC Bank, a/c name; NDDGC, Sort Code: 40 10 17; A/c No 51409689, using the gymnast’s name as reference.
(Alternatively, cash or cheques can be deposited into the Club bank account at an HSBC branch. Please advise us by email if you have paid at the Bank.)
No payments will be taken at gym.
CONSENT FORM
The 2020/2021 Membership/Consent Form can be found on the Club Website. This form must be completed and submitted online and gives your consent regarding the Covid-19 procedures that the Club have put in place prior to restarting classes. Details of these procedures as well as Club Policies are also available to view on our website www.northdevongymnastics.org.uk The website and/or Club Facebook Group and should be checked regularly as procedures will change along with British Gymnastics/Government guidance.
